The Architecture cell of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation is in charge of enforcing the Decree relative to the integration of artworks (IOA) in public buildings (Decree of 10 May 1984).
The IOA collection describes the creative process of artworks and contributes to the visibility of this public policy that supports and promotes contemporary creation.
The first volume is devoted to the artist Pierre Toby who was called by the Architecture cell to reflect and furbish their offices at the Ministry of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation.The project has been photographed by Philippe De Gobert. 8 pichtures are inserted into the publication.
