Newton project : Citydev.brussels decided to develop Newton in response to demand from SME’s looking for small surface areas of quality (within the territory of the Region. The total surface area of the site is 5,540 m². Aesthetics played a major part in the design. The space is divided into 16 modules of between 250 and 500 m². The companies responsible for the project are: B.A.E.B., DDS & Partners, VK Engineering and CES.

The AGC Technovation Centre by Assar : This project located at Gosselies is composed of three distinct zones arranged around a patio. The duplex research areas are in close contact with the office area, for ease of communication.
