- Construction of a development of 25 sustainable and low-energy homes (20 public housing units and 5 housing units for middle- income families), road infrastructure and landscaping.
- About
- As the partner office of the “building with energy” campaign, we have come up with a vision of the “district” as an urbanised space with community facilities while reducing to a minimum its carbon footprint. The aim is to propose a new urban concept: with a greater emphasis on quality of life, solidarity and pleasant surroundings.[...]
We firmly believe that, to work, sustainable planning must also include a significant social dimension based on social diversity and personal responsibility.
In response to the demand of the client we have focused on what we believe to be the main challenge: we have taken our inspiration from the thinking and image of contemporary eco-districts while taking on board the reality and requirements specific to public housing (cost, maintenance and empowerment).
