The studio won the competition for the construction of an exclusive center discovering nature and sports activities on 300 ha in the Natural Park of the plains of the Scheldt in Antoing. The park will host 750 diverse accommodations (cottages and lodges) and 6 buildings that will focus on two recreational centers including home, swimming pool, center Nature & discovery, wellness center, conference venues and restaurants. AAO is thus associated with the project for the realization of these 6 buildings, each having a singular appearance, for a specific treatment of their facades materials, all natural: shingles, waves, logs or wood lath and covered with vegetation and walls flower symbolizing the regeneration cycle of nature. This true architectural dialogue fits under the forest canopy to mix the singular uniformity and imparting a natural harmony to the whole project.
