Description

In 2017, Philippe Henkart and Emmanuel Tonglet decided to unite their two companies to create Éon Architecture Éon Urbanisme srl.
This fusion is based on the same vision of architecture and the same approach to the work of the architect: the refusal of ready-made solutions by the constant search for relevant and adapted answers.
We claim consistency and freedom, without compromise or a priori of form.
The variety of programs and contexts covered reflects this desire for openness: single-family housing, collective housing, private and public facilities; private market, public market, promotion; new construction, renovation, extension, urban development.
Éon Architecture Éon Urbanisme inscribes its approach over time
- day to day: listening, hearing, discussing, exchanging, participating, understanding.
- in the medium term: (re)give the architect's mission its political dimension, in the sense of the management of the "polis". We must constantly keep in mind the responsibility to build must take into account all aspects of sustainable development: ecological, economic and social to create viable, livable and ethical places.
- in the long term: create the heritage of tomorrow while respecting the achievements of yesterday. Far from any consideration of fashion or style, it is a question of being part of the present time while questioning the influence, however modest it may be, of our work on future generations.
