The project is part of the pedestrian context of Louvain-La-Neuve. It is located at the end of Place des Paniers on a very narrow plot bordering the access to the city's underground car park. The building slips into this plot to form the fourth missing facade of the square. The redents of the site are intended to preserve the existing pedestrian walkways and the sunshine of the neighbouring buildings.
