-LIGHTHOUSE SEA HOTEL-

On the cliffs of Murro di Porco - a few kilometers from downtown Siracusa - an extremely fascinating and excellent lighthouse rises to the sky.

"Valore Paese FARI" was born from the desire to protect this valuable heritage: it is a project of the Italian State to transform the lighthouses into tourist-hotel structures, taking advantage from their strategic position near the sea to realize dream homes and to save these structures from deterioration.

The Lighthouse sea Hotel proposed by the team of Luc Spits Architecture takes advantage of this abrupt rock to insinuate itself angularly to the ground until it flies away towards the sea.

F.I.CO is a project of theme park in Bologne, Italy. Based on the combination of local agri-food and wellness.

This center combines relaxation with a spa made of mineral building materials and the discovery of Italian flavors.
