The building is a townhouse from 1945, consisting of a main volume (ground floor +2) and a recent annex, larger than the planned extension, which projects into the garden area. The existing annex is dismantled. It housed the kitchen (ground floor +1) then a toilet.
The new extension houses a kitchen.

The new extension is 200cm shorter in length and 25cm wider in width. In height no change.
The plot is between party walls on a part. A gable inside the island is also adjoining

Project description
The project is being developed inside the block:
The existing annex, its chimney and the end toilet are dismantled. This frees up the garden area, gives more visual escapes and lights to the building and neighboring buildings. The new extension is treated with great care in discretion and writing. It is smaller than the original appendix. The garden area is more qualitative.
