LOCATION
The project adapts to the existing relief and minimizes cuts and fills. The layout preserves the edges of the relief and avoids breaks in the ridges
VOLUMETRY
The volume takes place on the ground while respecting the existing relief, the ground floor of the building is located on the ground floor with the lower part of the ground, which allows direct contact from the interior and reduces its height. The visual impact of the building is low.
In this concern of low height, the roof of the project preserves the landscape opening from the plots upstream, the Semois and the road.
This discreet integration treatment is accentuated by the preservation of the vegetation
The whole forms a vegetal curtain at the edge of the field and tempers the distant "front" perspectives.
DRILLINGS
The volume is simple and massive, without ornament. It refers to the elementary character of the place.
Berries are treated with the same approach. The set stands out from any fashion and will pass the time with harmony.
The project is developed to ensure a consistent response to the built and unbuilt site, taking into account a global search for integration. The layout preserves the morphological qualities of the relief and the horizon lines.
