Construction of a passive building compound of offices and two apartments in the last floor.

About

This passive project of economic pole in the district of Guillemins, in full reconstruction, includes the sustainable development by reducing drastically the constructed zone and by reinstating of the vegetation in heart of island, by creating a passive building.

The building is mainly intended for the activity of office, only two apartments complete the last floor.

The zone defers rest cleared. It is occupied by non-covered half-buried parking lots decorated with three big standing green zones of trees in high stalk.

In one concerns of integration in the context built (sizes of houses nearby direct and rhythm maintained), the project develops in a succession of differentiated volumes creating a coherent connection between the nearby buildings.
