The new building is comprised of an underground level (workshops, technical services, dressing rooms, bathrooms), a ground floor (foyer, restaurant and bar, stairwell to the existing chapel, large events room), a 1st floor with offices, floors 2 and 3 with a concert hall (seating 100/mobile tiers), a dressing room and technical facilities, a 4th floor (rehearsal room, accommodation for artists) and a 5th floor (technical facilities).
