This housing project was abandoned several times and restarted many times to finally arrive after multiple transformations to the form which is that we know today. This long gestation period has contributed greatly to making the final form taken by this building. The building consists of a reinforced concrete skeleton covered with a coat of insulation, wood and glass. The skin takes liberties to clearly distinguish the skeleton. Established a dialogue sometimes playful, sometimes tense like that can exist between a bird and its cage.
