Programme
Renovate the park Bonnevie was a challenge. Scene of an old urban combat, previous projects had already relied on citizen participation. Home neighborhood "Bonnevie Buurthuis" was involved early in the project to implement a very ambitious program of consultation with residents, but also with all project stakeholders: municipal services, police, street entertainers , associations, etc..
About
Two playgrounds were established: one for children 0-3 years, the other for older children up to 12 years. The concept is not to lock the imagination of children in literal forms (the theme "boat" or "castle") but to create abstract shapes on which children project their imagination. The project develops multiple pathways, uses that are not purely "sports" (an Oxo game, a blackboard tubes phones, hammock), a sandbox for the little ones and a spectacular turn totem that intends to make some pride to the neighborhood kids.
