"Rendez-vous WBA" - Turkey

WBA has the honour and the privilege of inviting architects from Brussels and Wallonia to an information session and networking cocktail on Turkey, with a particular focus on Istanbul.

As previously announced, in October 2012, WBA is organising a focus on our architects in Istanbul as part of the first Istanbul Design Biennial.

In view of this, WBA has appointed a team comprised of a Curator, Cédric Libert and an Expert based in Istanbul, Sinan Logie.

These two architects are working together to prepare our presence, hinged around an exhibition set to be inaugurated on the 13th of October 2012 at the Istanbul Modern Museum, followed by a series of conferences to foster exchanges between Belgian and Turkish architects and, later in the year, workshops organised for students from universities in Istanbul and Belgium.
