- The Brussels Museum of the Gueuze is a gateway to the last lambic brewery in Brussels : la Brasserie Cantillon. The upcoming roof extension will bring together souvenirs from a century of hard work and joyful encounters. Our intervention aims to ease the production process without loosing any of its unique flavours.
