About: The Mediasquare project, the new headquarters of RTBF (Belgian National Radio and Television), is the winning entry in an international competition. The pioneering building is part of a master plan to create a new district of over 400,000m2, with the media as the main driving force. The new facility, with a surface area of 60,000m2 comprising offices and production facilities (studios, workshops, etc.) occupies the centre of the site and faces the future central square of the district, the other side of which will be occupied by the headquarters of VRT (Dutch-language national broadcaster).
