Programme: Development of a playground and social area in the village center

About: In the center of the village, the residents of Assesse wanted a meeting and gathering place for everyone.
Between the town hall, the Patro building, the library, the school, the daycare, and the houses, from one street to another... the leftover spaces needed to be reconnected.
The green framework has been restructured at the neighborhood scale.
Multiple access points are now linked by new pathways with ramps and stairs. Comfort and play facilities have been distributed to cater to both young and old, for children and adults alike.
From an in-between space with conflicting uses, the site has been transformed into a central and vibrant place where everyone can enjoy a pleasant outdoor moment!
