Renovation of a 1930s mansion into a community house for a sheltered housing initiative (IHP). The house is located in a residential area of Anderlecht and houses 8 housing units (bedroom + private shower room), an office, communal areas (kitchens and lounges) and a large garden. The project pays particular attention to the quality of the spaces inhabited by future occupants, the adaptability of the spaces over time, the choice of technical installations that are entirely independent of fossil fuels, and the origin of the materials used.
