Programme

It's a sunny Sunday, late morning, and the Sunday market is coming to an end... we'll meet at the brasserie, a place that has now become a must... a place that brings people together... we come with the family on Sundays, with friends on Fridays for afterwork... there's always a good reason to go there... to catch up with friends, to taste Antoine's latest inspiration, to remake the world... This Sunday, the weather's fine, we'll probably sit under the walnut tree, the children will be playing in the garden... maybe the team will have invited a band to add to the atmosphere... it doesn't really matter, as we'll all be having a good time... Focusing on the beer garden, recycling and efficiency... proposing a simple and effective envelope (budgetary, environmental and implementation efficiency...) under which maritime containers will be installed to organise the space. These recycled containers will set the tone from the outset: industrial, recycling, patina... raw elements that have lived and whose past traces will forge today's atmosphere... In view of the ecological, energy and economic challenges that lie ahead and that we already have to face up to, the environmental approach could be based on an appropriate choice of materials, on on-board technology studied according to opportunities (production of process heat...) and on the potential for “recycling” that could give the site an identity.
