Make it rain wins an award in Barcelona

© Josema-Cutillas On 15 May, the Make it Rain project - presented at the 10th edition of the Festival Concéntrico de Logroño - won an AJAC Awards in the ephemeral installations category in Barcelona.
With over 300 projects submitted in all categories, the Certamen is consolidating its position as a benchmark platform for giving visibility to new generations of professionals in the sector. In addition, the winning projects will have the opportunity to be exhibited in October 2025 at the Centre Obert d'Arquitectura, as part of the II Bienal d'Arquitectura Jove de Catalunya.
This year's edition includes a number of important innovations, such as the restructuring of the categories: new works and renovations are divided, unbuilt works are unified, the new category of architectural photography is added and final projects are included, thanks to the collaboration with the COAC (Association of Catalan Architects). In addition, for the first time, they were able to present their projects as co-authors, recognising the inter-generational collaboration so common in professional practice.
The jury was made up of leading figures from the national and international architectural scene, including Mireia Luzárraga (TAKK), Tatiana Bilbao Estudio, Maxime Delvaux, Fala Atelier, Moisés Puente, Elena Orte (Suma Arquitectura), Manuel Bouzas and Burr Studio.
