A new colleague at WBA

From literature to cultural diplomacy, and then into the heart of digital communications, Élodie’s career has a clear through line : building bridges.

After studying Romance languages , literature and teacher education, she joined Wallonie-Bruxelles International as an Academic and Cultural Liaison Officer in Brazil. This international experience sharpened her aptitude for networking, attentive listening, and making connections.

Back in Belgium, she joined WBI’s communication department while completing an Executive Master’s in Digital Communications. There she strengthened her knowledge of communication strategies and digital ecosystems. In parallel, she has been training for several years in photography, a passion project that also enables her to craft coherent content in which message and image reinforce one another.

As Communication and Projects Officer, Élodie has a clear yet ambitious objective: to showcase the organisations and practitioners whose work brings architecture to life in the Wallonia–Brussels Federation and internationally.
