The architectural office Ouest, founded in 2009 in Brussels by Stéphane Damsin and Jan Haerens, is a key player in the Brussels architectural scene. Its unique approach connects culture, architecture, and society, and is reflected through a wide range of projects, from construction to research, as well as exhibitions and workshops.

The office has experienced significant growth since its inception and now consists of a team of architects united by a shared vision: one of architecture that thoughtfully and sensitively integrates into the urban context.

Exhibition "Urban Legend": an immersion in the city

For the "Urban Legend" exhibition, Ouest invites visitors to discover its vision of the city through five completed or ongoing projects. The exhibition explores the city as a living, dynamic organism, full of multiple narratives. From urban planning to the arts, including literature, the city serves as a canvas upon which stories and ideas unfold.

The architects approach the city with contagious enthusiasm, but also with the respect due to a space in constant evolution. Through this exhibition, they offer a reflection on the role of the architect as a storyteller of space, capable of shaping urban narratives that are both rooted in the past and projected toward the future.
