4 architects from Brussels and Wallonia at Architecture Week Prague 2011

WBA and WBI/Prague organise an exhibition and a lecture at the Architecture Week Prague 2011.

The fifht edition of the festival of architecture and urbanismo, Architecture Week Prague 2011, will take place in October 10-23 2011 all over Prague.The main theme of this year’s festival is “Universal City”. The main project is Arch Cities exhibition which will present at the Belveder of the Prague Castle, architecture of world metropolises through models, photos and multimedia programs. The visitors will thus have an opportunity to see aims and directions of contemporary architecture from all over the world in one place and to compare and evaluate it.

The exhibition - October 10-23

On WBA’ booth at Arch citities, the project « Studios universels » will present a model and a film realised by Géry Leloutre and Hubert Lionnez, which will show 4 realisations by offices from Brussels and Wallonia : Mario Garzaniti, Creyf-Vanden Eeckhoudt, Pierre Blondel and KARBON’.

The lecture - October 12 at 18:00

The lecture by Géry Leloutre on the theme « From a project for a universal man to the vision of a universal city or How the space becomes the key value of architectural composition » will take place at the Delegation Wallonia-Brussels (address: Myslikova, 31 - 11000 Prague 1).
