On 12 March 2026 at 18:00, architect Radim Louda, from the practice Central, will give a lecture entitled “Scrambled Discipline” at the Plečnikova predavalnica in Ljubljana.

The practice’s work, both operational and reflective, is grounded in the conviction that architecture should be shaped through the relationships it establishes with its urban, social, cultural and living environments.

Research, teaching and dissemination

Since its founding, CENTRAL has distinguished itself through several award-winning projects that reflect a systemic and multi-scalar approach to architecture, attentive to the interactions between buildings, cities and territories.

Alongside their professional practice, the partners are also actively engaged in teaching and research. They currently teach at Université libre de Bruxelles – La Cambre-Horta, ENSA Versailles and ENSAP Lille.
