About: Integration:
The location and morphology of the building maximizes the buildable area near the street to preserve the maximum potential for further development towards the rear part of the plot.

Levels of the building were arranged to accommodate the natural slope. The main entrance is directly visible and close to the level of the roadway, the host function is naturally developed. The secondary entrance, dedicated employees and deliveries is located at the -1, close to parking spaces.

Spatiality :
We adopted a constructive building system by framework (beams-columns) to give the greater adaptability. The central space of distribution is not a spectacular empty space. Instead, it is a friendly meeting place between users , researchers, managers, etc., to promote the informal meetings.

Identity of the building :
In response to the eclectic architecture of the surrounding buildings, the overall esthetic of the building was oriented to a clean a simple architecture. The cladding on the ground floor was made of COR -TEN steel, material that have natural appearence and color, color fits in well with the natural colors of the woodlands. Le lower level is clad of dark tone bricks.
