About: Carefully integrated into its landscape context, the building blends discreetly into the site through a controlled layout and vegetated roofs that reduce its visual impact. Designed to be almost imperceptible from the public realm, it is naturally anchored in its surroundings.
The project places strong emphasis on user comfort, particularly through optimized natural daylighting. Zenithal skylights and a large glazed opening provide generous, even light while controlling thermal gains. High-performing ventilation, refined acoustic treatment and a structure that frees up interior space ensure a functional, flexible and pleasant environment.
Designed according to sustainable principles, the building incorporates rainwater harvesting and efficient technical solutions, meeting the requirements of a contemporary public facility that is sober, functional and well integrated into its context.
