AWJGGRAUaDVVTAT named curator of Belgian Pavilion at Venice Biennale

The multidisciplinary team AWJGGRAUaDVVTAT will represent Belgium at the 13th International Architecture Exhibition of the Biennale di Venezia.

They were chosen out of 31 proposals by the Flemish Architecture Institute VAi and the Flemish Government Architect's Team.

Team AWJGGRAUaDVVTAT is a temporary partnership of Architecture Workroom Brussels, Joost Grootens, GRAU, De Vylder Vinck Taillieu architects and Ante Timmermans. With their project ‘The Ambition of the Territory' they present the Flemish territory as a laboratory for the transition of contemporary metropolitan Europe.

This year the 13th Architecture Biennale Venice will be held from August 29 until November 25.
