BAUKUNST: Delivery of a mixed building in Paris

Following the invitation-only competition launched by the Etablissement Public d'Aménagement Paris-Saclay, Baukunst and Bruther delivered their building, which combines a student residence and convertible parking lot within the Paris-Saclay campus.

Located in the heart of the Ecole Polytechnique district, as part of the Master Plan carried out by the team of Xaveer De Geyter Architects, in collaboration with the landscaper Michel Desvignes. The project takes the side of an indifferent superimposition of programs within an inhabited structure allowing versatility and reversibility of uses.
