Baukunst: winner of a project at Paris-Saclay

At the end of architect's competition launched by l'Etablissement Public d'Aménagement Paris-Saclay, the invited architectects Baukunst and Bruther were chosen to design185 housings for students and a 450-places public parking within the campus Paris-Saclay.
 
Situated at the heart of the Ecole Polytechnique, in the frame of the masterplan designed by Xaveer De Geyter Architects in collaboration with the landscape designer Michel Desvignes, the project presents an indifferent overlapping of the programs within a lived structure allowing versatility and reversibility of the uses.

Of a surface of more than 7 000 m ², the delivery of the building is planned for September 2019.
