In its March/April issue, the Argentinian magazine Plot publishes an article dedicated to the Sports Center La Fraineuse in Spa. This multipurpose infrastructure, created by the Brussels office BAUKUNST, is characterized by its connection to the site and the territory, within a landscape whose topography has been a deciding element of the project's conception.
This project is also presented in the exhibition entrer: five architectures in Belgium and in the eponymous catalogue. Supported by WBA, the project entrer: displays a selection of five projects from the latest architectural production of Wallonia and Brussels that give an example of the skills of the architectural offices, in the management of the project as in its application.
BAUKUNST was also published in the special issue “Wallonie-Bruxelles” of the French magazine d'architectures released in its December/January edition.
The project as also been shortlisted for the European Prize for contemporary architecture 2017 – the Mies van der Rohe Award 2017 together with NAVEZ - 5 social housing as northern entrance of Brussels by MSA in association with V + .
