L'Escaut Architectures: Inauguration of projects in France
The office L'Escaut Architectures inaugurates the project Le Cellier in Reims on April 4th. It consists of the redevelopment of the Jacquart building in Cultural Pole - Reims - in association with Tandem+.The rehabilitation of this old champagne house, the former "Jacquart cellars", into a cultural pole aims to vastly transformate the building to adapt it to its new functions and its new public status while making the most of the strenghts of the place: its singular spaces such as the cellars or the wide room, its raw materials, its architectural heterogeneity.They are also working on the shared equipment Nantes Conservatory & Pole of Higher Learning Performing Arts Bretagne-Pays de la Loire - in association with Raum.L'Escaut writes about it's French experience in the carte blanche Exporting poetry.
