The project Interiors. Notes and Figures is presented in the Belgian Pavillion at the 14th Venice Architecture Biennale*.

On Friday 7th November 2014 at 3PM a lecture will take place in Venise. This session will address the question of how literary description can be used as an architectural projection tool, through the presentation of the research project Interiors. Notes and Figures, and through a reading of selected texts performed by Thomas Clerc.

“The two projects have revealed some degree of convergence (…)" The reading session will provide an opportunity for further experimentation and to extend the field of research: "occupying a building means interpreting it." Thomas Clerc.

Thomas Clerc is a writer. He has published Intérieur (Gallimard) in 2013, a comprehensive description of his 500 sq ft apartment in Paris.
