MSA: appointed to the study on Garden city of the Butte Rouge in Paris
After an European procedure of public tenders, the team made up of the Brussels-based office MSA, associated with the office Bureau Bas Smets (landscape) and the architecture and town planning office GRAU, has just been appointed by the SEM 92 and the social backor Hauts-de-Saint Habitat to realize an urban study on Garden city of the Butte Rouge.
The Butte Rouge Garden city, located 10 miles away from Paris, is an example of a 3600 dwelling district built over a 40 years period (1929-1965).
This study is part of the dynamic created by the 'Grand Paris'. The goal will be the rethinking of the design and the uses of the public spaces, the quality of the existing housing, …
