Notan: Nominated for Dezeen Awards

The Duchesse project design by Notan is nominated for the Dezeen Awards 2023.

Located on Place de la Duchesse de Brabant in Molenbeek, the project is in a densely built-up urban area.

Formerly comprising two industrial halls in the inner part of the block and a townhouse dating from 1880 in the public space, the complex has been transformed into a residential complex of varied typologies.
