Resilient Ishinomaki Workshop

For the second consecutive year, the Faculty of Architecture of the Université Libre de Bruxelles organises an international workshop (supported by Wallonia-Brussels International) in Ishinomaki to help the citizens of this city damaged by the tsunami on 11 March 2011 to plan a sustainable reconstruction.
