Rotor (LionelBilliet&MichaelGhyoot) will speakat the Pavillon del'Arsenal inParis on November 17th at 7 PM in the frame of the lecture linked to the exhibition Materials, re-use and architecture.

Together with Supercuse Studios (NL) and Encore Heureux(FR),the Belgians will discuss on stakes in the re-use and its possible at a critical moment when architecture longs to reinvent itself between environmental, economic requirementsandnew practices.
