Two Belgian projects finalists in the MIPIM Awards
Two Belgian projects are among the finalists for the next MIPIM Awards, which will be awarded at the international real estate show to be held from 12 to 15 March at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes.
- The former Royale Belge site in Watermael-Boitsfort, which is competing in two categories: best conversion project and best mixed-use project. A project led by APE, CORES Development, Foresite and Urbicoon, with architects Caruso St John Architects, Bevenbouw Architectuur, DDS+, MA2 and Atelier Eole.
- The Monteco building, the tallest timber-framed building in the Brussels-Capital Region, in the best office & business project category. A project developed by ION and Nextensa with Archi2000 and VK architects+engineers.
The winners will be announced on 14 March 2024 at the end of the traditional awards ceremony.
