About: I LIVE UPSTAIRS, ALONG THE GREEN ALLEY AND YOU? A posture: ALL UP! To offer to all the qualities of the world above while forbidding to install housing in the world below because it is not the place to live and would create moreover conditions not very favorable to a quality space because of the topography and the catch of light. Two comments: THE ADDRESS IS THE GARDEN: the very nature of the world above becomes the central identity of the project in the form of a green alley, a ribbon of landscaped rooms along which the architectures unfold, accompany the garden which is the main purpose. A GARDEN, GENEROUS EXTERIORS: each home has a very generous outdoor space, the garden is an address but also an art of living outside. A choice: A SYNTHESIS TYPOLOGY: between the punctual tower and the semi-detached houses in a strip, two buildings dialogue along the landscaped alley. The horizontal stretching of the implantation responds to the vertical scale of the tower, the R+2 template ensures a respectful balance with the terraced houses. The synthesis is achieved.
