WBA: Partnership with Architekturwoche Basel

We are very excited to announce that WBA will participate in the first Architekturwoche Basel (AWB) that will be held from 9-15 May 2022. The new biennial platform for architecture and urban development was initiated and organized under artistic director Chrissie Muhr. Addressing the theme of "Reale Räume" (Real Spaces), the AWB will examine how globalisation, digitalisation, migration, climate change and pandemic affect the spaces we inhabit.

We will present the exhibition – Cities Connection Project – Shared living spaces. This theme has acquired an unexpected importance in the context of the global health crisis: the pandemic appears to have changed our way of communicating and relating to each other as well as our work system. These shared living spaces are now more than ever indispensable places, places that even the pandemic restrictions, still invite exchanges among users.
