The prize has been broken down into four categories – Public facilities / Culture, sport and education / Public housing / Landscaping, transport and public spaces – and a Special Prize for the "Promotion of the integrated approach" to help the jury, comprised of external experts and public officials representing the communes and regions, to select the winners and nominees. The winner of each category will be the subject of a publication drawn up by the Architecture Unit of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation and will be handed a brass plate to be displayed on the building.
