On 14 March, the symposium 'Temporary Use and Commons in Real Estate Management' takes place.

Temporary uses of vacant properties not only revitalize spaces and generate social value, but also create opportunities for the commons in real estate. This symposium examines how temporary projects benefit communities, property owners, and cities by promoting shared resources and collective stewardship. Who truly gains from these collaborative initiatives? How such short-term uses might provide a basis for fair and innovative forms of real estate management?
