The Luxembourg design scene celebrated its creativity at the fifth edition of the Luxembourg Design Awards.

Nearly 200 projects were submitted by over 70 candidates. The international jury, composed of six experts, selected 69 nominees across twelve categories covering the full spectrum of contemporary design: from graphic design and product design to scenography, digital design, and applied research.

SNCDA wins award in the installation design category

The studio SNCDA received the silver award in the Installation Design category for its project Endymion / LUGA – Luxembourg Urban Garden.

Developed as part of LUGA 2025, the installation explores the relationships between art, nature, and urban space. Through this project, SNCDA examines how design can help rethink the place of the living world in the city and create spatial experiences that engage the senses.

Jury members from the Wallonia-Brussels Federation

The jury brings together European professionals from a range of disciplines,
including Laure Capitani (Wallonie-Bruxelles Design Mode) and Gilles Bazelaire (KIKK Festival), both representing the creative scene of the Federation Wallonia-Brussels.

Organized since 2015 by Design Luxembourg, the Luxembourg Design Awards aim to recognize and celebrate excellence, innovation, and creativity in design in Luxembourg.
They also provide a platform for dialogue and visibility for designers from the Grand Duchy and the Greater Region, strengthening ties between the Luxembourg, Belgian, and European creative scenes.
