Programme: Conversion of a terraced house into three flats. This is a family property development: a couple with children live in the lower duplex, connected to the garden, and their parents own the two upper flats, one of which is occupied by them.

About: The building is located in a dense urban neighbourhood in the lower part of Forest. It is a semi-detached building consisting of two flats built in 1924 by J. Devillers.
The project improves the housing quality and densifies the town without damaging the fabric of the existing block.
It proposes a renovation that enhances the existing building, with a strong focus on sustainability in terms of building materials (bio-sourced products, recycling, energy performance, renewable energies, responsible water management, etc.).
