Provera II

Programme: The program includes the construction of an industrial hall and offices for Provera, a company specializing in organic cosmetics and food supplements.

About: The building's dimensions take into account the client's needs for product storage. They also allow for a two-story office space while covering the small truck delivery area.
The main intention of the project was to clearly separate the warehouse section from the office area. This was done to enhance the parts of the building visible from the public space.
A wooden cladding separation wall was thus placed between these two sections. It creates a new visual boundary on the site that allows immediate identification of areas accessible to the public and those reserved for the company's own activities. Similarly, it helps conceal the staff parking area and technical sections. Finally, it also contributes to the organization and integration of the building within its context.
