Programme: Construction of a warehouse and offices for a company specialising in communication.

About: We naturally separated the office and storage functions into two distinct volumes. The office activities are spread over two floors. The storage activities are located in another volume at the rear of the office building.
These two volumes are connected to each other by a third volume, a glazed entrance hall that makes it easy to locate the entrance to the building. The fact that this space is glazed also creates visual connections between the circulation area and the planting area; thus, when arriving at the building, the eye is drawn to a pleasant green setting.
