  • Chaired by Chilean architect Smiljan Radić, the international jury will analyse the 410 nominated projects to establish a shortlist of 40 works in January 2026, followed by seven finalists in February.
The winning projects will be announced in April 2026 in Oulu (Finland), one of the two European Capitals of Culture.
