New construction of two houses

About

The building's layout determined its volume, resulting in a pentagonal shape. The project aims to integrate as seamlessly as possible into its urban and landscape context. For this reason, it was designed as a single dwelling, respecting the dimensions of neighbouring houses and preserving as much of the site's vegetation as possible.

By taking advantage of the topography of the land to build an underground basement for garages and technical rooms, the project allows the ground floor to be placed at the same level as the existing dwelling and thus to maintain a low cornice height.
