Inventaires#4 in Paris
We are delighted to invite you to the presentation of Architectures Wallonie-Bruxelles Inventaires #4, Vers une démarche architecturale régénérative à Paris, on Friday 29 November at 7.30pm at the Volume bookshop (47 rue Notre-Dame de Nazareth, Paris), in conjunction with the exhibition of libelles embroidered by the artist Aurélie William Levaux, on view from 20 November.
The book's reflections on rethinking the way we build will be presented and explored in greater depth by Audrey Contesse, director of the publication, Pierre Chabard and Pauline Lefebvre, both authors of the book, at the evening's presentation. Adding to these reflections is the incisive work of Belgian visual artist Aurélie William Levaux , in the form of eight drawings and embroideries on fabric , on show from 20 to 30 November at the Volume bookshop in Paris. Architectures Wallonie-Bruxelles Inventaires #4 presents over 100 innovative spatial projects and highlights 30 outstanding initiatives that, between 2020 and 2023, contributed to the holistic transformation of the built environment in Wallonia and Brussels. These projects are explored through six key themes, including reappropriation and the new rurality,
