Extension of 70 suites at the rear of the Radisson Blu Balmoral property in Spa.

About

This extension ranges from G+2 (at the junction with the existing building) to G+4 facing the park.

Each suite includes a bedroom, a living room, a walk-in closet, a bathroom, and a terrace.

Within the inner block, the project includes the design of a landscaped park and a 100-space parking extension.

The extension is partially built in rubble stone, a traditional material, contrasted with white glass, white steel, and textured white render as contemporary materials.
