About: Conversion of office spaces into 9 residential units.
The entire concrete structural system is preserved. An extension allows the building to be raised by two additional levels, increasing density while creating green spaces and planted terraces over a total area of 200 m². A timber structure is integrated with the existing building, requalifying the space into a truly shared residential complex.

Special attention was given to offering a variety of housing types, ranging from studios (T1) to five-bedroom duplexes (T5). These layouts were designed to reflect contemporary urban lifestyles. They can accommodate traditional families, shared living arrangements (coliving), or temporary stays.

Each bedroom is connected to a private bathroom, allowing the apartments to be subdivided into smaller units. They are linked to spacious, bright living areas that open onto green outdoor spaces.
